Raised in Belgrade, MT, Kayden is lucky to call Montana home. She graduated with a BSN-RN from MSU, and now works as a nurse at an outpatient orthopedic surgery center. She’s blessed to be a wife to her amazing engineer husband, and a mother of two amazing kiddos. With a background in ballet, Kayden’s passion for health and her extensive knowledge of the human body from her nursing career, all came together and led her to becoming a barre instructor. A familiar face in the studio (taking roughly 250 classes at Sōl) and a real-life Sōl-sister to our current instructor, Rielyn, Kayden is joining us as an avid barre-star who’s classes are encouraging, supportive, and sure to make you shake.
